Reconciliation

Reconciliation

As Catholics, we live in hope, for Christ has conquered both sin and death. This hope is realized in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, the first of the two healing sacraments. We bring our sins and struggles to our Lord and to the Church, represented by the person of the priest. We confess our sins, our failures and our faults, promise to strive again to conform ourselves to Christ, and are forgiven.

Confessions are available on Saturdays in the church confessional (near the Vine Street chapel entrance) from 3:15pm to 4pm, or by appointment.

St. Mary Magdalene participates in the diocesan Evening of Confession, held each Lent.
