Fr. Ron Wearsch Rome Sabbatical from January 30th to April 17th, 2012 Taking some extended time with God in prayer, study and reflection is so very important. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to attend Diocese of Cleveland Sabbatical program. There is one priest from the Diocese of Cleveland that attends this Sabbatical program each Fall and Spring. Fr. John Singler attended the Sabbatical two years ago. As you might remember, I traveled to Rome to visit Fr. John while he was there on Sabbatical. It was a wonderful experience, and now I have been blessed with this same opportunity. Through God’s providence this opportunity arose the same year that I will celebrate my 20th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood (5/30/1992) and my 50th Birthday (6/22/1962).
