Linked below are the schedules up to Holy Week. Also linked is a reprint of the guidelines for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, which was implemented in Advent. Please review these procedures and don’t hesitate to contact the ministry coordinator at your mass with any questions. (See page 4 of the EM Procedures document for contact information.)

If you are unable to serve when you are scheduled, please find a substitute. If you have any schedule requests, please contact the appropriate scheduler or mass coordinator.

The Worship Commission assists the Parish Pastoral Council by developing pastoral plans and policies in the area of worship. Read More
Adults responsible to oversee the immediate preparations prior to weekend liturgies. Coordinators are needed for each of the weekend masses. Read More
Word Ministers serve the community through the proclamation of scripture by taking time to prayerfully prepare prior to the liturgical celebration. Read More
Eucharistic Ministers serve the community in the distribution of Eucharist at liturgies and by taking Eucharist to the sick within the parish community. Read More
Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) is held during 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM Mass. Children are dismissed to hear God's word in language that they can understand and return to the liturgy for Eucharist. Read More
St. Mary Magdalene's Sunday Babysitting service is committed to offering the parents of children between the ages of 18 months and five years of age from the parish community the option of allowing their child(ren) to be cared for in a safe, loving environment during the 9:30 and 11:30 AM Mass times. Read More
Altar Servers assist the Presider at liturgical celebrations. Fifth grade through adults are welcomed. Read More
Assists for presider at funeral liturgies. Training is required. Adults are eligible. Read More
Assists in the seating worhsippers, taking up collections, straighten up at the conclusion of mass, and on occasion perform other tasks. Read More
Liturgical Greeters set the tone for what takes place in church by welcoming the assembly. Read More
