7th and 8th Grade Youth Ministry

Youth Ministry includes opportunities for Liturgy, Learning, Social Activities and Service Projects.  We learn and serve is our motto for this year's LIFE Group. Youth Coordinators, Kris Quade and Jim Galloway will facilitate Sunday Evening meetings, service opportunities and plenty of fun!

For Students in Grade 7 - 8

LIFE is our new program for students in grade 7 and 8.  LIFE works together with Lake Life Teen on Sunday nights from 6 - 8 pm.  Join Kris Quade and Jim Galloway at the Lake Life Teen Mass at 5:00 pm here at St. Mary Magdalene followed by 7th and 8th grade sessions in the Youth Room.  Sessions begin on Sunday September 25th and end on May 12th in 2012 on the second and fourth Sundays fo the month.  Sessions will include opportunities for learning, friendship, spiritual formation and fun!  Preregistration is required.  Cost is $75.00 per student.  Financial Aid is available, contact Laurie Jurecki for information.  Please register on the Families in Faith Registration form below. 

On March 27th our 6th to 12th grade youth gathered in the gym to shoot some hoops with Jim Galloway, youth coordinator and to go upstairs to the Youth Room to make an angel decoration for a Hospice patient from the Visiting Nurse Association with Kris Quade, youth coordinator.  Students spread the love to 25 patients this spring with beautifully decorated angels.  There are more upcoming spring activities for youth.
